Technical Development Academy (TDA)

WWPSA's Technical Development Academy (TDA) delivers quality technical training in a small-sided game environment for players ages 6-14 years.  Sessions are run by our certified, professional NJ Surf coaches. Each week focuses on different age-appropriate learning objectives.  The TDA curriculum covers:

• Dribbling

  • Multi directional dribbling

  • Moves to beat a defender

  • Progression of cutting the ball

  • Turning

  • 1v1 situations

• Passing

  • Using inside of both feet

  • For posession

  • First touch to maintain possession

• Control

• Attacking situations

  • Striking & Finishing

We will attempt to make up any training cancellations due to weather but cannot guarantee that will be possible considering multiple factors such as field availability, conditions, Surf staff availability, etc.
